WHAT IS VISITING CARE?
A personalised, flexible package of support in a familiar place, there to ensure staying at home is safe, with visits whenever they are needed.
A little help in the morning to get dressed, a visit to remind you about medication or a call in the afternoon to prepare a nutritious meal. Whenever or whatever it may be, knowing our team is on hand can provide much-needed peace of mind.
The level of support is so flexible that it can range from one visit every few days to four visits every day. It all depends on what help is needed.
Having short term care may be suitable for;
Hospital discharge, awaiting arrangements of a formal care package
Transitioning between care providers, for example, one provider has terminated services and you are waiting for another
Following hospital discharge to help you to regain your confidence and independence
