Identifying an Affexa Care Practitioner
You will be able to identify your Care Practitioner by the way that they look. Their uniform has been carefully selected to look professional whilst being practical.
Every member of our team will wear:
Dark Grey tunic, branded with our logo
Black coat, branded with our logo
They will also carry an Identity Badge with them at all times so should you wish to confirm their position, you may request that this is produced.
In the Office
Joined Affexa in 2018. Becca is the first port of call for all of our service users or their family members. Always there to everyone is happy and that things are going well.

Diane joined Affexa in 2016. Bringing a wealth of experience with her. She ensures all our service users have the right care package for them. Also ensuring our team are meeting the right standards.
Dan, Administrative Services Manager
Dan joined the office team in 2018, it is his responsibility to make sure everyone is doing their job right. He also makes sure all the team have support if they need it.
