We currently have a vacancy for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join our amazing team.

Anticipated start date: 06th September 2021
Hours of work: 8.30am-1.00pm (with flexibility to cover the whole day 8.30am-5.30pm)

You must have a minimum of 12-months experience delivering hands-on care in the community to ensure you know first-hand the support that our customers and team need, and it is preferred to have a minimum of 6-months experience in an office/administrative role. You don't need any formal qualifications as full training will be provided.

This role will be based in our fast-paced, busy Stafford office, and will offer the right candidate with a varied and demanding opportunity.

You must have a passion to make a difference to the lives of others, offering support to our customers and team when needed.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- communicating with stakeholders via telephone, email, web chat, etc
- diary management
- record keeping
- supporting other departments with administrative tasks as required
- stock management
- office upkeep
- being administrator and assistant to the Registered Manager and Company Director as required


  • Passion and commitment for delivering high standards

  • A driving licence and access to a car 

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks, with a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Ability to put people at ease with amazing people skills

  • Proficient written and spoken English

  • Advanced computer literacy including excellent typing skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and Google software

  • Ability to work on own initiative and under direction
