We currently have vacancies for BANK NIGHT CARE WORKERS to join our amazing team.

These roles will serve to provide night time care to some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.

This role will be on a BANK basis, and could include waking nights, sleeping nights, and/or visiting care during the night.

This role is very hands-on and is for those with a passion to make a difference to the lives of our customers, supporting them with their activities of daily living, including personal care, medication support, diet and nutrition, to name a few, during the night.

You will be required to drive and have access to a car for work purposes.

This role could lead to a permanent contract.

Requirements

  • A drive to improve the lives of others

  • Passion and commitment for delivering high standards

  • Full driver's licence with access to a car for work purposes

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Ability to put people at ease 

  • Proficient written and spoken EnglishDriver's licence with access to a car for work purposes

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in community care

  • Level 2 Health and Social Care Qualification preferred 

  • Passion to provide excellent standards
