A dynamic and varied role
We are looking for an outgoing individual to join our team.
The post holder will ensure that service users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
You will supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service.
You will organise and coordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager and within the financial plans.
The candidate will ensure care plans and other information about how to support service users are up to date and followed.
The post holder will also undertake community-based shifts as needed.
There will also be a requirement to undertake on-call duties as needed.

At least 3 years' experience of working in domiciliary care
Experience of, and passion for, supporting older people to live life to the full
Health & Social Care L4 OR Health & Social Care L3 PLUS a willingness to obtain L4
Computer literate and proficient written and spoken English
Must be able to work a range of shifts covering service hours, Monday to Sunday, 07:00-22:30, 365 days of the year, as needed
Experience in a similar role
Excellent leadership skills
The role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at enhanced level. Cost to be met by the candidate.
